今天起，你可以透過日租形式騎乘 GoShare 車輛，租借期間可自由切換車款，不限租借次數，且騎乘不限營運範圍，享受更輕鬆的旅程！無論是全天的頻繁用車需求，又或是更長途的旅程，使用 GoShare 「日租方案」，24 小時僅需 $399 元，讓你的行程安排更靈活！
方案價格：$399 元
方案內容：包含 24 小時之使用期間，以及 60 公里之里程用量。
超時費用：每分鐘 $3 元。超里程費用：每公里 $3 元。
使用規範：
使用「日租方案」期間無騎乘範圍限制，惟每次騎乘行程結束時均需於營運範圍內歸還車輛。
期間如符合換電獎勵資格者，仍可獲得該次換電獎勵。
期間所進行各次騎乘與換電之行程，將不列入騎士挑戰計算。
期間將不支援企業方案優惠。企業方案專屬車隊用戶仍然可以租借使用專屬車隊車輛。
方案付款方式：
支援信用卡、金融卡、Apple Pay、Gogoro Wallet 支付。
可使用 Gogoro Smart Points 折抵，但不得合併使用騎乘金優惠券折抵，亦不得合併使用企業方案優惠。
超時及超里程費用不得以騎乘金優惠券及 Gogoro Smart Points 點數折抵，亦不得合併使用企業方案優惠。

方案使用期間規範
方案使用期間無騎乘範圍限制，惟每次騎乘行程結束時均需於營運範圍內歸還車輛（若租借「 GoShare 隨借隨還車輛」，則須於隨借隨還營運範圍完成還車；若租借「 GoShare DOTS 定點借還」車輛，則須於定點借還營運範圍完成還車。
租借期間如符合換電獎勵資格者，仍可獲得該換電獎勵。
租借期間所進行各次騎乘與換電之行程，將不列入騎士挑戰計算。
期間將不支援切換至「暫停模式」。
企業用戶使用「日租方案」期間，將無法切換至企業優惠頁面。
超時及超里程費用規範
本方案使用時間為 24 小時，並包含 60 公里之里程用量。若實際租借期間超過本方案時間者，將加收超時費用；若實際行駛距離超過本方案里程者，將加收超里程費用。如同時發生超時及超里程費用，則前述加收費用均應合併計收。加收費用計算方式以 GoShare 服務條款及 GoShare App 系統隨時所顯示公告之費率為準。
若實際租借期間超過本方案時間，因此所生超時費用及超里程費用將於本方案最後一次行程結束當下自動結算。若租借期間未超過本方案時間，但實際行駛距離超過本方案里程，因此所生之超里程費用將於本方案結束後次日上午 10 時自動結算。
加收費用不得以騎乘金優惠券折抵及 Gogoro Smart Points 點數折抵，亦不得合併使用企業方案優惠。
未於通知期限內繳納加收費用，GoShare 將執行自動扣款。如扣款失敗，將有可能暫時停權，無法繼續使用 GoShare 服務。
退款規範
您瞭解並同意本方案所提供之服務屬於「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」第 2 條之情形，故排除消費者保護法第 19 條第 1 項解除權之適用，故購買本方案生效後，除法令另有規定外，不得以任何理由主張退費。
GoShare Day Pass Terms & Conditions
Day Pass Purchase Guidelines
The Day Pass will take effect immediately after a successful purchase, and the effective time cannot be modified, partially used, or selected.
Gogoro Smart Points can be applied toward the purchase, but GoShare coupons or corporate discounts cannot be used.
Rental Guidelines
There are no riding area restrictions during the rental period, but the vehicle must be returned to the designated operating area at the end of each trip (for a regular GoShare vehicle, it must be returned within the general service area; for a "GoShare Dots" vehicle, it must be returned to a Dots rental spot).
Users eligible for battery swap rewards can still earn these rewards during the rental period.
Trips and battery swaps during the Day Pass rental period do not count towards the GoShare Challenge.
Additional Fees
The Day Pass covers 24 hours of use and 60 km of travel. If the rental period exceeds this duration, an overtime fee will apply; if the distance exceeds 60 km, an over-mileage fee will apply (both collectively referred to as additional fees). If both overtime and over-mileage fees are incurred, both will be charged. Additional fees are calculated according to GoShare® Service Terms and rates displayed in the GoShare APP.
If the actual rental period exceeds the plan’s duration, any overtime and over-mileage fees will automatically be charged at the end of the last trip on the Day Pass. If the rental period remains within the plan duration but the travel distance exceeds 60 km, the over-mileage fee will be automatically charged at 10:00 AM on the nearest day.
Additional fees cannot be offset by GoShare coupons, Gogoro Smart Points, or corporate discounts.
If additional fees are not paid within the specified notification period, they will be automatically deducted after the notification period, and GoShare service eligibility may be suspended.
Refund Guidelines
You understand and agree that the service provided under this plan falls under the "The Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales" as per Article 2, and therefore the right to withdrawal under Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act does not apply. Once the plan takes effect after purchase, refunds cannot be requested for any reason, except as required by law.
