I have failed to return the scooter!
Park the scooter in a valid outdoor parking space, then follow the steps:
1. Turn the steering handle to the left, put down either the main kickstand or the side kickstand, and tap "I'M DONE" on the App.
2. Make sure the speedometer has disappeared from the scooter dashboard.
3. Press the "trunk button" on the scooter. Put the helmet back into the trunk, and take out all your belongings.
4. Put down and lock the trunk.
5. Tap "END RIDE" in the app.
Warning: It requires stable internet connection and GPS signals to successfully return a scooter. Parking in dense urban areas amidst high buildings, or under trees may affect the quality of the connection. If you still can't start the scooter, please get in touch with the local customer support team.
