The scooter won't start. What should I do?
Please follow the steps on the app:
1. Check if the license plate number of the scooter matches the one showing on the app.
2. Tap "LET'S GO".
3. Unlock the trunk, take the helmet out, and close the trunk properly.
Start the scooter:
1. Retract both the main kickstand and the side kickstand.
2. Hold the brake lever and press the "GO" button below the dashboard at the same time.
3. You will see the speedometer appear on the dashboard.
Warning: make sure the trunk is locked. You can't start riding if the trunk is open."
